Terms & Conditions

• The purchase of any travel services offered by UCAB, authorized to do business as UCAB constitutes a contractual arrangement between you and UCAB, and represents your acceptance of the UCAB Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.

• UCAB reserves the right to add, change or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time, without notice. Any changes to these terms and conditions of Use or any terms posted on this site apply as soon as they are posted..

• UCAB reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any booking for any reason, including insufficient demand or force majeure. If a booking is canceled prior to departure by us, UCAB' only responsibility will be to refund the amount received for the booking. UCAB will try to rebook the same cab with a different departure date, but there is no guarantee of availability of offering.

• Unless specified otherwise, all meter readings/distances/timings will be calculated to and from our vendor’s office.

• Distances between two locations (points) be it an intercity distance or from vendors office etc mentioned on the website are approximate. Actual distance may differ depending on the exact geographical location of the points under consideration.

• Car air-conditioner will not work on hilly routes & also when the vehicle is not in motion. The customer is also not expected to request driver to make the air condition operational in the afore mentioned cases.

• You will not use the taxi for any unlawful purpose; in any way that interrupts, damages, impairs or renders taxi less efficient.

• You will treat taxi drivers introduced to you through us with respect and not to cause damage to their taxi or engage in any unlawful, threatening, harassing, abusive behaviour or activity whilst using their taxi or the service;

• You agree that the Company does not assure you the availability of taxi even after accepting and / or confirming the booking.

• The vehicle booked will be subject to availability. In a case where the car booked is not available on the day of travel the customer will be provided with an alternative equivalent vehicle in the similar segment as applicable.

• One way car rental services have all travel charges like toll, taxes etc applicable when the vehicle returns back to its original location (office) after dropping the customer to his destination. As as example if a customer avails one way car rental service from Pune to Mumbai, he will have to pay all charges applicable while the vehicle returns back from Mumbai to Pune. The total charges to be borne by the customer for this return trip will be slightly lower than the charges for the first trip i.e from Pune to Mumbai.

• UCAB cannot be hold accountable for any delay or consequential loss caused to the customer due to traffic jam or reasons beyond reasonable control of the driver or lapses on the part of the driver.

• In case of any misconduct or misbehavior by the driver the customer should immediately report to the support team of UCAB at 09923899633 and share the experience while mentioning the booking reference number (CRN number).

• Cancellation policies:
  1) If a traveler cancels 24 hours prior the pick-up time, 10% of the total trip cost will be deducted.
  2) If a traveler cancels within 24 hours prior the pick-up time, no refund.
  3) The refunds will be made by online transfer to the customer’s bank account. No cash refund requests.
  4) The amount will be refunded approximately within 7 business days.
